Thanks for stopping by, my name is Paula Dunn and I’m the founder of No Limits Consulting. Let me share my personal story about who I am and what I stand for. For starters, have a listen to my interview on ABC radio:
“Adversity introduces a man to himself”
– Albert Einstein
Paula Dunn is an accidental Entrepreneur, International Award-Winning Speaker, Organisational and Leadership Expert. Over her 20 years within the Medical and Scientific industries, she has worked with leaders for some of the biggest brands in the world such as Eli Lilly, Cochlear and Johnson & Johnson just to name a few.
After her time in the corporate environment, in various Senior Manager Positions, Paula recognised the key problems were bullying and corruption in the workplace as a consequence to Globalisation, AI and the Gig Economy. These technological advances created a scarcity mindset among workers which resulted in feelings of fear that were expressed as personal insecurity, fear of failure and uncertainty about the future of work. Particularly the biases women face as Entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs in today’s marketplace.
Paula’s best known for helping young women conquer life with a confident mindset. Thus helping them thrive while making the right decisions for their future success. This has led Paula to create The Limited-Edition Leadership Academy with a strong focus on developing leadership mindsets in teenage girls. Paula’s found that Leadership is a critical skill to have in order to prepare them for the future of work. This branch sits within her Consulting Practice. Her Workshops, Group and Individual Coaching Sessions integrate her expertise in Science, Positive Psychology and Leadership that helps teens navigate their Senior Years of High School with Confidence, Courage and Certainty making them real world ready.
